IB(国際バカロレア）とは？
IB（アイビー／国際バカロレア）は、世界中で導入されている国際的な教育プログラムです。子どもたちが「自ら考え、学び、行動する力」を身につけ、これからの時代に必要な探究心・思いやり・国際的な視野を育むことを目的としています。
当園では、IBの初等教育プログラム（PYP）に基づき、遊びや日常の生活、学びのなかで「なぜ？」「どうして？」を大切にし、子どもたちの興味や関心を広げていきます。
当園はIB（国際バカロレア）
PYP（初等教育プログラム）の候補校です。
幼保連携型認定こども園スマはぴ丘の上stationは、国際バカロレア（IB）の**初等教育プログラム（Primary Years Programme：PYP）の候補校（Candidate School）**です。本校は、IBワールドスクールとしての認定取得を目指しています。
IBワールドスクールは、「質の高い、挑戦的で国際的な教育」への共通の理念を共有する学校であり、幼保連携型認定こども園スマはぴ丘の上stationは、この教育が子どもたちにとって重要であると考えています。
